What becomes possible when you feel safe?

What is Reconnect?
Reconnect is a space to experience being human differently.
It grew from its founder’s own experience, her curiosity about what it means to be human and a desire to create spaces where we can experience ourselves and each other, more fully.
It is an invitation to come back to what was always there, but that we could no longer access: ourselves.
Reconnection can mean learning to know ourselves, to accept ourselves, forgive ourselves and respect ourselves.
“I feel like these spaces are very rare and special these days.”
How do we reconnect?
It can happen alone: sitting on a yoga mat and crying for an hour, allowing ourselves to be gentle.
It can happen while walking through the forest, listening to birds, looking at the trees, closing our eyes and feeling the warmth of the sun or wind on our faces.
It can happen when someone stays with us while we are having a hard time, holding our hand or sitting beside us until we are ready.
Sometimes, it happens when we say out loud the thing we usually keep to ourselves.
Sometimes, it is giggling until our stomachs hurt, dancing to a song we love, writing something we did not know we needed to write, making something with our hands, hugging someone, or sitting around a table and talking for hours.
There are many ways back to ourselves. Each of us finds our own.
“A moment to reconnect to real values and what you really want in your life.”
Is Reconnect for me?
01
Reconnect is for people who already feel that something is moving within them.
02
It is not a method and it is not here to convince anyone. We cannot tell you exactly what you will find here. You may find what you need to find.
03
Reconnect is not meant for everyone. If you do not feel drawn to it, it may simply not be for you.
“The people joining made the whole experience safe, accepting, really grounding and magical.”
What’s happening
Reconnect is happening in Barcelona.
A dinner around a long table. Five evenings with the same group. A notebook, a question and time to write. A day outside the city. A weekend away.
Some gatherings last a few hours. Others unfold over a day or a weekend.
Each one begins somewhere: with a meal, a question, movement, music, or a story. Then we see where it takes us.
